This Funny Man Narrates His Own Harrowing Trip Down A Mountain Bike Course
Apr 15, 2015
In a recent interview, Calouri noted that the Point Of View (POV) runs get scarier and scarier as tracks get increasingly more difficult with each year, also because he does not have the time to practice riding his bike on his own time. But, he loves it and notes that this is not a job he will want to delegate anytime soon.
Claudio Caluori was born in Switzerland and learned his love of mountain biking early on in his life. He rode competitively in the late 1990s, but now he is the team manager for Gstaad-Scott and is known for his infamous Red Bull Bike/GoPro course previews. Here, he is previewing the downhill, technical course in Lourdes, France. On April 11 and 12, the 2015 World Cup season kicked off with the downhill only trek. Calouri also joined Rob Warner in the commentary box for the event.
