Russian Proton M rocket experiences mechanical failure and crashes (no injuries)
This unmanned rocket didn’t make it far after launch – and the whole fiery return to earth was caught in stunning HD. Apparently, some sensors were installed upside down, so it couldn’t tell where it was going.
