Researchers at the Women's Health Aging Project recently found that a little time spent with the grandkids can increase cognitive function in elderly people and decrease the chances of developing Alzheimer's disease. As part of the study, three groups of women between the ages of 57 and 68 were given a variety of mental tests. |
